Hello Cuccina ~

Here's a trailer of "Something's Gotta Give" in which Diane Keaton is
wearing the black necklace:

Entering a search on Google for "Something's Gotta Give" + jewelry
design gave these results. Please note I am using the Google cache for
the Mezzanine link, as the present Mezzanine page doesn't contain the
information because the date of the event was December 10th.

The entry for December 10th confirms Brook Jasmine as the designer:

"In the upcoming movie, "Something's Gotta Give", starring
Diane Keaton, Jack Nicholson, and Keanu Reeves, Diane is
wearing several necklaces designed by the artist brook
jasmine. Below is a link to the trailer of the movie,
      Take a look!

[notice that it is the same trailer I referred to above]

"Brook Jasmine design is a collection of necklaces and
bracelets, soon to include earrings. Pieces range from
understated to decadent, casual chic to elegant. All are
works of art, designed with a keen eye to color, texture,
and timelessness, many with quirky details. You can view
      the collection at:"

They mentioned that attendees at the December 10th Mezzanine affair
could purchase the jewelry Keaton was wearing, so I imagine you can
contact Brook Jasmine for further details if you're interested in
purchasing it, too.

Explained above.

Thanks for a chance to look at some of Brook's latest (so new it's not
even on her website yet). I love her designs.
