Dear narat,

Does your DVD drive support region 4 DVDs at all?

When you play a Region 4 DVD using PowerDVD it will prompt you to
change the Region code, if the region code in PowerDVD does not match
the region code of the DVD being played. However this can only be
done a totl of 5 times before the region code in PowerDVD becomes
permanently set to what it was last changed to.

An alternative solution is to run software such as DVD region free
http://www.dvdidle.com/dvd-region-free.htm which will disable region
checking in PowerDVD and other DVD players.

Another alternative would be to copy the DVD onto your hard drive
using DVD Decrypter http://www.dvddecrypter.com/ using the ISO option
then mounting the resulting ISO file as a virtual DVD using a program
like Daemon tools
http://www.daemon-tools.cc/portal/download.php?mode=ViewCategory&catid=5
and viewing the DVD from your hard drive. Both DVD Decrypter and
Daemon tools are free
