I have a photograph of the once well know New York photographer Jack
Robinson. The image was made near the Empire State building and has
the number 71 as the address. You can view the image at
www.robinsonarchive.com/71.htm. I would like to know what it was/is.
Also as a second part of this question I would like to better
catagorize my questions as I find other interesting photos he took
between 1955 and 1972 in New York for the various magazines of the
day, mostly Vogue or is the misc. the best?

My best guess is that it's 71 West 35th Street, also known as 960
Avenue of the Americas, the Atlantic Bank Building.
