I am looking for the best sites that will help me review for an Ivy-League test on Cognitive Psychology. Sites that will help define terms, explain concepts, assist with organizing facts and such to remember. What are the best resources out there? Information that may help in the search: The text book I am using is Cognitive Psychology by Robert Sternberg, Third Edition. I need this information by Thursday, early in the day. |

Greetings Jgrantl, I have looked around the Internet and found some websites with review notes on cognitive psychology theories. I haven't read Sternberg's book, but I'm sure he quotes the theories about Cognitive Psychology as listed in any such psychology textbook. I believe the Lanston site is very comprehensive. SparkNotes Study Guides - Psychology http://www.sparknotes.com/psychology/ - Needs an account to access, but it's free to create one. Cognitive Psychology: Lecture notes http://jimmy.qmuc.ac.uk/usr/mgillh/modules/hfim/CE/LECNOTES.htm Great Ideas in Personality--Cognitive Social Theories http://galton.psych.nwu.edu/cogsocial.html Cognitive Psychology Lecture Notes (Models of Memory) http://www.alleydog.com/cognotes/memmodels.html - THough the Alleydog site seems to be comprehensive, the title page ( http://www.alleydog.com/cognotes ) couldn't be accessed by itself.
