Subject: Unwanted bar and message under Google bar. How remove?

Under the Google bar, there is another bar with the message 'Bar is
updating".  How do I remove that message?

Hi there hjmax, 

Click on the "View" menu, and select "Toolbars".  You should only see
the options for "Standard Buttons", "Address Bar", "Links" and
whatever it says for the Google bar.  If there are any others listed,
please let me know what they are.

It may be hotbar and that is easily deleted use add/remove
