The arm supports a M = 4.0 kg sphere.  The mass M of the had and
forearm together is 3 kg and its weigth acts on a point 15 cm from the
elbow.  Find the force excerted by the biceps muscles FB.

Any help you can provide is sincerely appreciated.

You need to tell researchers how far from the elbow the biceps attach
to the forearm.
