what are the odds of tossing one head on a five coin toss?

Hello bonessmay,

The odds are 5 in 32.  There are 32 possibile permutations, only five
of which involve a single head.  (If "H" is heads, and "T" is tails,
those possibities are HTTTT, THTTT, TTHTT, TTTHT, and TTTTH.)
