Hello--

Thank you for this question. I have researched both parts of your
question and have your answer.

First, I conducted a WHOIS search of the site to determine the date
the site was created. To conduct the WHOIS search, I went to
http://www.betterwhois.com

Below are the results of the search. You can see that the site was
created October 9, 1996.

Domain names in the .com and .net domains can now be registered
with many different competing registrars. Go to http://www.internic.net
for detailed information. Domain Name: TOTALTELE.COM
   Registrar: NETWORK SOLUTIONS, INC.
   Whois Server: whois.networksolutions.com
   Referral URL: http://www.networksolutions.com
   Name Server: NS0.ASPECTGROUP.CO.UK
   Name Server: NS.NETKONECT.NET
   Status: ACTIVE
   Updated Date: 07-oct-2002
   Creation Date: 09-oct-1996
   Expiration Date: 08-oct-2005

Then I visited the site about which you are asking and clicked on
Contact Us. I retrieved the phone number for the desk of the online
production manager, which is +44 (0) 20 7505 8227.

The name of the online production manager is Dan Barber. He wasn't
there. But the person who answered the phone said he was Mr. Barber's
assistant. He indicated that the glossary had been on the site as long
as he could remember, and he said he's been there since 1998. After
further pressing him on the issue, he asked someone else in the office
who told him that the glossary had been there since the site started.
I confirmed that that date was October 1996.

I asked whether there's a print verson of this glossary. He indicated
that there was not, but that you could cut and paste each page onto a
Word document and print it out if you were looking for such a thing.

If you need to reach Dan, you may either call him or E-Mail him at
Dan.Barber@totaltele.com.

I hope this helps. If you need any further information or any
clarification, please don't hesitate to click on the "clarify" button.

Thank you,
