I have a high quality acrylic coffee table that I do not want to take
on an upcoming move. It is 40" wide and 60" long and weighs well over
100 pounds. A local Houston furniture consignment store will not take
it. How can I dispose of this large a piece of acrylic material?

Hi teddyz,

Have you considered calling a charity thrift shop or a women?s shelter
to pick up your table? They often pick up items, even large heavy
items in my area, and the ones I have included in my answer all claim
to pick up furniture in the Houston area as well.

some of their revenues benefit Big Brothers and Big Sisters. I was
pleased to see there is a Value Village in Houston! 7645 Dashwood Dr.
