jefferyds-ga:
Thank you for your question. I am assuming that you mean a 19-inch LCD
monitor with 1600x1200 (UXGA) resolution, for use with a computer.
Currently, the vast majority of 19" LCD monitors are 1280x1024
resolution. These range from $500US to $700US depending on additional
features such as built-in speakers, USB hubs, multiple input types,
and so on.
While there are 19" UXGA monitors available, they carry a significant
premium. One example is the Planar CT1905S, available from several
dealers including ComputerHQ.com:

The sweet spot for UXGA resolution monitors is in the 20"-21" range.
If your requirements can accommodate a slight increase in size, then
you are well advised to consider something like the Planar PL201M, a
20.1" UXGA LCD monitor. You can find this unit, and other options, at
Tigerdirect.com. They have some of the best overall pricing for these
units available online, from a nationally-known retailer. The price,
$869US at the time of this posting, can be beaten if you find a local
dealer who is willing to haggle; however, if you are looking for
something fast with little hassle, check out Tigerdirect.com's
selection at:

For an alternative that comes with greater risk, you can also find the
Planar PL201M, and others, at uBid.com:
http://www.ubid.com/cat/get_cat_page.asp?CatID=1322
Note that the available units and pricing is constantly changing on
uBid.com given the auction format they specialize in. At the time of
this post, the 'final call' closing bid on a factory refurbished
PL-201M was $770US.
Please let me know if this information has been of any help to you.
