I have in my possession 30 years of old National Geographic magazines.
The date range is from approximately 1933-1963, with only about 2 or 3
editions missing in between. There are also a collection of old maps
that National Geographic published as well. Additionally there is a
couple of 1931 editions. All are in pretty good condition. My question
is: How much are can I expect to sell this collection for or where can
I find (online or otherwise) how much magazines like these are worth?
Side note: I've notice individual pages like and old Coca Cola ad with
Santa on it may sell for quite a bit on some of the auction sites...so
I'm trying to figure out if this collection is worth more intact or
disected.

Not much.You will be lucky to find someone to take it away for scrap
paper however some of the particular issues. The older ones and ones
that cover some important event or thing can have value if they are
mint and you know which ones and you find some one who wants them.

I have to second deanconn-ga's comment.  The really old NG's are
valuable, but in this case I don't think that the 1930's counts as
"really old."  Best way to get an idea of value is probably to do some
eBay searches (especially on completed items) and see what they've
been selling for.  I just did a quick search and found some NG's from
the 1930's sold for $3-$6 an issue, or about $20 for a year set
(others had no bids, your milage may vary).

I worked for several years in a used book store. We were often asked
to examine collections of National Geographic by owners who believed
their magazines to be of great value. Unfortunately, so many people
have saved their issues of this immensely popular magazine that the
collector's value is typically quite small. Collectible items
generally gain dollar value with their rarity. There are many
thousands of intact sets of National Geographic Magazine; hence the
worth of a collection is relatively little.
