I want a drawing tool like the one used on the below map application
that uses javascript to generate CSS layers. It allows creation of
shapes and effects.

I want the program to be javascript based  and scriptable. This site uses
such technology and I want it, but only to draw shapes and effects and
save. Nothing else. No map functions or behaviors. Just graphic shape
development using javascript and output in SVG or flash or both.

See the map demo and drawing tools -- I want scriptable drawin tools
to create rectangle, elipse, polygon and circle. Want to be able to
add the follwing effects: shade, emboss, bevel and glow effects.
