Dear alvin-ga
I am placing this as an answer because I firmly believe the firm does
not exist. This is why:
In the UK all banks and other financial institutions must be
registered with the Financial Services Authority (the UK equivalent of
the SEC (US). If it does not, then they are committing a very serious
criminal offence. The company does not appear on the register.
"The FSA Register is a public record of financial services firms,
individuals and other bodies which fall under its regulatory
jurisdiction as defined in the Financial Services & Markets Act 2000
(FSMA). This Act came into force on 1st December 2001"

I have also searched the entire site for other regulatory information
but there is no mention of the company.

The Registrar of Companies for England and Wales is responsible for
registering and supervising companies with limited liability. A bank
is almost certainly a limited company. Dudley Price & Company is not a
registered limited liability company.

The British Bankers Association is a UK association of which all the
banks in the UK belong. Dudley Price & Company does not appear on
their web site.

In the UK personal data held on a computer must be held in compliance
with the Data Protection Act. The holder must register with the Data
Commissioner. Dudley Price & Company do not appear on this register. A
bank would hold personal information on a computer, therefore they
should be on this register.

There is no telephone number listed for Dudley Price & Company. It is
possible it is an Ex-Directory number or have an alternative directory
listing, but if it is a bank, this is unlikely.

Finally, I have tried three search engines: google, alltheweb and
dogpile. None return any results on the bank.
May I ask why you have made this request? If it has been prompted by a
communication you have received concerning an over-paid invoice or
boxes containing money in a security company then be extremely wary,
as this is a fraud. I can provide more information on this if you
require.
I hope this answers your question. If it does not, or the answer is
unclear, then please ask for clarification of this research before
rating the answer. I shall respond to the clarification request as
soon as I receive it.
Thank you
