I need an online EU supplier for Mistletoe (Viscum album) tincture
(preferably 1:5, not homeopathic), around 500 ml.

The store must not require a prescription; accept Visa, and be willing
to ship to Norway.

(PS! I have done some searching, and it looks like mistletoe tincture
requires a prescription in the UK, so focus on other countries.)

Hello arsenic

I've found a possibility but there are no details given of its strength.
It is presumably European mistletoe, as it appears to come from a
supplier in the South of France, but the botanical name "viscum album"
is not used.

The product is described as extract of fresh mistletoe plants in a 50 ml. bottle.

The online store implies the extract might help lower blood pressure,
and suggests taking 20-25 drops in water or a herbal tea 2-3 times
daily for 3 weeks. Perhaps that will help you guess what strength the
extract is likely to be?

The bottle costs eleven Euros plus twenty-three Euros for shipping
outside the EU, for packages up to two kilos. They accept Visa. I
"ordered" up to the point of giving payment details, and there was no
suggestion that the mistletoe extract is not freely available without
prescription.

I am fairly certain that this is a "herbal" or phytotherapeutic,
non-homeopathic product.

Would this be any use to you? The website is in French, by the way,
but I could explain how to place an order, if that would help.

Leli

Thanks, arsenic.

The ordering process starts here:
http://www.dietenligne.com/tpf.htm?p5085.html

"Gui" is the French for mistletoe.
"Extrait de plantes fraîches" - extract from fresh plants.
"Drôme" and Provence are areas in southern France, but also, lower
down the page, you can see "Drôme Provençale" is the name of the
"fabricant" or manufacturer.

First click on "acheter" - buy.
You will get a little pop-up window telling you it's been added to
your shopping basket.
Clicking on "panier" - basket - on the original page will take you to
a page with your subtotal and an opportunity to change quantities. If
you change the "1" under "quantité" to another number, you will need
to press "recalculer" - recalculate. Next scroll to the bottom of the
page and choose "payer vos achats" - pay for your purchases.

The next page is headed "Commande" - order.
Select "International : Hors CEE" - Outside the EU - for shipping.
Then at the bottom of the page fill in the Visa section.
"Ne pas insérer d'espaces entre les chiffres et vérifier qu'il y a
bien les 16 bons chiffres" - Don't put spaces between the figures and
check there are 16 figures.
Copy the "012005" example for entering the expiry date: two figures
for the month, no space, then four figures for the year.
"Titulaire" - card-holder
If you want to cancel everything and start again, press "annulation".

After that, if you need any further help, please ask and I'll do my
best for you. I hope it'll just be a simple name and address form
next!

This site may help with translating individual words:

Clicking "contact" will offer you a form as well as these details:

Téléphone : 04 75 43 28 38 (demander [ask for] Béatrice)
Fax : 04 75 56 28 70

I hope this supplies what you want, but please get back to me if I can
help with translation.

Best wishes - Leli

Search strategy:

Since you thought the UK was no use, I searched in French.

viscum album teinture
viscum album extrait
gui teinture
gui extrait
