I am planning on applying to medical school and I have an
"institutional action" at one of my schools, that would require me to
answer 'yes' to on the AMCAS application. The institutional action
does not show up on my academic record--student judicial matters are
maintained in separate records.

How likely is it that AMCAS or a medschool would find out if I had
this institutional action if I were to check no?

Does AMCAS receive the instutional information automatically when a
transcript is requested?

Do medical school indepently verify this information with undergraduate schools?

Please only answer if you have specific knowledge as to the process.
