<Legal cases involving reality TV shows in Australia.

After an extensive search I found the following cases:

The Federal Court in Sydney found Crackerjack Productions Pty Ltd
misled job seekers about the availability of work offered while making
a reality television program for Network Ten. Candid footage of the
job seekers was shot. The case was brought by the Australian
Competition and Consumer Commission. 138 people applied for the fake
jobs. Two were hired and secretly filmed for the show Mind Games ? A
Real Life Adventure. The program was shown on Network 10 on August
4th, 2001.

Crackerjack was ordered to send letters of apology to the participants
and to refrain from similar conduct in the future.
