XML/SVG to Graphic Object traslation 
(with XML & human UI) 

I want a tool that can do the following: 1. XML/SVG to Graphic Object
traslation 2. Object to XML/SVG translation must be able to apply
shading-type effects (shade, bevel, glow and emboss) as is possible
with SVG. Right now, SmartDraw is the only commercial product with
this capability, but I do not need business process features, just
shapes & effects. The open source tools don't seem to have good human
UI, but if (Batik or Amaya, or one of imaging SDKs like Leadtools)
they work -- I'll pay $50 just for help in understanding which one
fits my requirements. No programming -- just help me implement the
XML/SVG to object translation capabilities ASAP. Commercial Tool That
Does This:

Human UI does not have to be sophisticated or complex, just ability to
drag & drop or select basic shape (rec, sphere, polygon and elipse)
and effects -- like shade, emboss, bevel and glow.
