Hello.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but...

No, the shares of Antenna TV, S.A., are not listed on any trading
exchange in any country.

Antenna's shares were previously listed on the NASDAQ and London
exchanges, but were delisted following a tender offer about a year
ago.

There were previously two types of stock: "American Depositary Shares"
and "Ordinary Shares." American Depositary Shares that were not
tendered for cash were converted to Ordinary Shares.

According to a press release put out by the group that made the tender
offer, the Ordinary Shares are NOT listed on any securities exchange
anywhere and transfer of such shares is restricted.

"... The Ordinary Shares are not listed on any securities exchange,
and there are transfer procedures under Greek corporate law, Greek tax
law and the Greek media law that restrict the ability to transfer
Ordinary Shares. The Ordinary Shares will also be subject to ownership
restrictions provided for in the Greek media law."

As for U.S. operations, yes, the company does have an American
venture. It's called "Antenna Satellite USA."

It's affiliated with a company called Kelly Broadcasting.

"...Under the leadership of Antenna's Founder, Mr. Minos Kyriakou,
together with Michael Kelly, Antenna Satellite USA, has quickly become
the number one Greek Language radio and television service in the
Americas. "

search strategy:
" Antenna TV, S.A.", shares
"Antenna TV, S.A.", delisted
"Antenna TV, S.A.", tender
"Antenna TV", Kyriakou

Again, I wish I could have had better news for you concerning trading
exchanges for Antenna's stock, but I hope this helps nonetheless.

I should also mention that a search for "antenna" among companies
listed on the Athens exchange confirms that the company isn't listed
there.
