I need a source for ordering tiny adhesive labels for marking my DVDs,

These are called "hub labels."  You can get SureThing brand hub labels
from MicroVision Development through their surething.com web site.

The SureThing CD/DVD Hub Labeler product contains 26 matte labels, 26
clear labels, a plastic applicator, and software for printing labels.

If you are willing to buy 3,000 labels, you can get PermaPlus brand
labels at a lower unit price from library supplier Gaylord.  These are
not listed as "hub labels," but at 1.5 inches in diameter, they are
the right size, and I found them through a link from a discussion of
hub labels.
