Greetings:

A doctor who leases professional space in my building was rather
helpful when I suffered from one of my occasional panic attacks.
He calmed me down, then sold me a bottle of an herbal concoction
called Adreset, adrenal formula by Metagenics.
It's supposed to support the adrenal system, and reduce stress and anxiety.
The label states these are the ingredients: Cordyceps, Ginseng Root, and Rhodiola.
Aside from efficacy issues, is this a safe tablet to take? Any known
problems? Is there a possibility it might interact badly/strangely
with the herbal chamomile/hibiscus tea I like to drink before bedtime?
