Please provide information on "partnering" as used in project
management.  The type of project management I am referring to is that
used on large engineering projects (particularly civil works)  In
particular, I am interested in the following:
1. Definition of partnering
2. Benefits and negatives of partnering
3. Sharing the risks/benefits between the parties in partnering
4. Provide one/a few case studies of where partnering has worked well
or completely failed (if possible, case studies in Australia would be
preferred)
