I need a plant grow light for a small herb garden on my kitchen counter. The bulb is small, it must fit in a "under-shelf" GE ficture. The bulb size must be F8T5. I have done some research on this but cannot find a bulb to fit into this fixture. | |

Hi again edwat-ga, I?m glad we were finally able to have success at finding your bulb. We want nothing but the best for your herbs! To make the answer complete, I?ll repeat the information from my comment here. The ?Miniature Fluorescent F8T5/Vita-Lite Full Spectrum" bulb is listed for sale at NaturalLighting.com. You can find the bulb by going to the NaturalLighting.com home page at http://www.naturallighting.com/ . Click on ?Fluorescent Bulbs? in the menu on the left side of the page. Then click on ?Miniature Fluorescents? near the bottom of the page in the center. Scroll down to ?Miniature Fluorescent F8T5/Vita-Lite Full Spectrum - 12", 8 watt? in the table. Click on that item. This takes you to the order page for the: VL-10281 Miniature Fluorescent F8T5/Vita-Lite Full Spectrum - 12", 8 watt http://www.naturallighting.com/shop/cart.cfm?new_item=VL-10281 The cost per bulb is $13. googlenut-ga went out of his way to find this item. I cant believe the nut went to the far reaches of the www to bring this item to me. I consider myself a good researcher - but the googlenut-ga beats me flat. |

You found it googlenut-ga - submit as the answer! Curious though, you seemed to find the bulb in their inventory pages, but I couldnt find the 1028-1 for the life of me. Where exactly did you find the item on the site? When I get your reply and find the item I will release the question as answered. |
