Is there any rules against cashing out and or buying in when there is
only two people left in the game?  What is the rules in tournaments
for casino, when there are only two people left?  The situation goes,
one person doesn't want to play all his money, so he wishes to cash
out at $50, however, there is a conflict of interest with the other
player.
