My brother's computer freezes every time he clicks on webcam on MSN6
messanger. He has tried uninstalling and re-installing it again and
nothing has worked. He has a PC with IE6 and cable connection.

Can you clarify whether the webcam itself works outside of MSN
Messenger 6? If so, what type of software does your brother use with
the webcam?

If the webcam is a USB webcam, has he tried unplugging the webcam,
rebooting the computer, then plugging it back in so that the camera is
reinstalled?
