can some one explain to me what a cryoginic solid state laser is, what
they are used for, and who has the patent on the best one.

I could certainly find for you more than enough information about
questions 1 and 2, however "who has the patent on the best one" will
be difficult.  They all have different prices, applications, power
ratings, and stuff like that, as far as I can tell at this point, so
"best" is a hard thing to pin down.  Please let us know exactly what
you would like to know about what patent if you understand what I'm
trying to say....thanks.
