can you find any info on her. She came to my attention when a
"boarding decoration was appraised on the Antique Road show, several
weeks ago.

I found mention of the Antiques Road Show that you saw, in a newspaper
article that refers to the "Civil War-era frigate Cincinnati".  To my
mind, this may or may not be referring to a sail-powered vessel.  The
term "frigate" is used a bit ambiguously in that way, and can also
refer to, e.g., steam powered ships.

Are you certain the ship of interest to you is sail-powered?

There are extensive lists of US sailing ships of old, but the
Cincinnati does not seem to be among them.  Civil War era
"Cincinnati's" seem to be non-sail vessels.
