Some functions of the Office of Personnel Management underwent
reorganization in early 2003. As part of that reorganization, the
former Office of Retirement Programs became the "Retirement Services
Programs," the chief of which now reports to the Center for Retirement
and Insurance Service Program. Here is contact information for the
heads of both of these offices.

Sidney M. Conley
Assistant Director, Retirement Services Programs
Office of Personnel Management
Theodore Roosevelt Building
1900 E St. NW Room 3305
Washington, DC 20415

Tel. 202-606-0300

Mr. Conley reports to:

Kathleen M. McGettigan
Deputy Associate Director, Center for Retirement and Insurance Service Program
Office of Personnel Management
Theodore Roosevelt Building
1900 E St. NW Room 4312
Washington, DC 20415

Tel. 202-606-0462
