Please give us the 1979 and 1969 census data for Wheeling Illinois,
including population, racial composition, number of households,
education levels, median income, employment breakdown (manufacturing,
services, transportation, retail, etc)

You should know that the Census Bureau only conducts detailed censuses
in "zero" years: 1970, 1980, etc. I don't know if detailed data from
those censuses are online, but you should be able to find the data at
a government depository library.
