I just received an IPOD for Christmas and I cannot get it to work on
my Windows-based machine.  I have gone through all of the manual and
web help sites to no avail.

I am looking for some sort of support from Apple.  I cannot find a
number anywhere that offers support.  I don't care if it is free or if
I have to pay for it but I have spent 3 hours and have gotten nowhere.
