Who is the author of the poem entitled, "Without You", that I saw for the first time in a Washington, DC newspaper, circa 1950. The first four lines are as follows: Before you came I had no heart for breaking Before you came my tears were only mine. Before you came I found no love worth taking And never knew that love and tears combine. The last four lines are as follows: You took the only paradise I knew and left me only dreams that fell apart and will awaken with tears for only you. For when you went away you took my heart.
