I believe that there are certain athletic individuals who despite
being physically challenged, would, if given the opportunity, jump at
the chance to try windsurfing.  The nature of their disabiliy would
determine their level of participation.   For example a person who
lost a foot could probably do okay, wheras someone with an advanced
movement disorder, would probably not do as well.  It seems like a
worthwhile cause but I need to talk to people who already provide
similar (skiing, bicycling, etc) opportunities to the challenged
athletes.  Thanks
