I need to power an ATX motherboard from a battery supply. I don't
need 12V, but do need 3.3V at <= 10 amps, and 5V at <= 5 amps.  The
battery supply varies from 12V to 21V. Is there an off-the-shelf
power supply that meets these needs? It needs to be reasonably
efficient (e.g. inverting to 120V and using a standard ATX supply is
not efficient enough).
