Hi Buffalo1,

I've located a 1999 document that indicates the number of Boudin employees.

I'd imagine that you'd probably prefer a more recent statistic, but my
guess is that Boudin's employee count was probably pretty similar then
to what it is now.  I'm in San Francisco, and I haven't noticed that
Boudin's business has expanded or contracted substantially in the last
few years.  Anyway, if you'd like the 1999 figure and a link to the
document, let me know.

Pass.  Their business in SF may not have changed much since '99 but
elsewhere is a different story.  Thanks anyway.

In 2002, Boudin had 32 cafes.
