as you pursue this (e.g., Paypal, Western Union, etc.).

Using the tracking number you gave above, I looked up your shipping
information and made a screenshot of it for you.  I've also downloaded
the site and saved it as a .ZIP file, in case the scammer pulls it
down.  If you like, I will post the files here for you to download, as
you'll likely need them as evidence for your complaint if you haven't
already gathered this information yourself.

Also, if you bid on the item while it was still listed on eBay, you
should be able to obtain the users contact information through eBay. 
(I tried looking up the user info for you, but eBay won't give it up
because I didn't have a transactional relationship with the user.)

Be certain to send copies of *all* correspondence when filing your complaints.
