Hello carmi604,

Giving out personal contact information (such as addresses and phone
numbers) here is prohibited, but I can point you to places where you
may be able to find this information for yourself. Let us know if you
have tried these avenues, and if you have with no luck, posting the
names you have will help a researcher find what you need.

A good starting point would be on Google's "Guides and Directories"
listing for Cyprus:
http://directory.google.com/Top/Regional/Middle_East/Cyprus/Guides_and_Directories/

You can search by first name on this online Cyprus phone/address book:
"People Finder" (allcy.com)
http://www.allcy.com/peoplefinder-e/

Paphos has quite a large British expatriot population, with "British
resident" clubs and societies. Some on Cyprus are listed here:
http://www.searchcyprus.com/cylinks/pages/Expatriates/

It would also help your search to remember if they owned a business or
not. If they did, you can search by owner/proprietor for Cyprus
businesses here:
http://www.cyprusnet.net/advsearch.html.

Hope this helps!

Regards,
mother-ga

carmi604,

While it's admirable that you'd like to thank these kind-hearted
people, you can understand the reservation Researchers have for
helping questioners track down specific people. It might even be a
little frightening to the very people you are trying to thank, to find
out that you tracked them down by giving out their personal
information online.

What I would suggest is that you find a major newspaper that is
published in their city and buy a small ad in which you can thank
them. If you use their first names, even if they don't see the ad
themselves, someone else may recognize them and pass it along to them.

I think this is a much safer method for all involved. I hope you'll
consider it.

-K~
