Wanted: a list of 20 state-of-the-art interior design concepts
(described with text) including web links (if applicable/ available)
for *cool ideas* for a new residential loft space to be constructed
in a former warehouse.

Examples of variety of interesting 'older' ideas: 1) ironing board in
a drawer 2) Parisian café breakfast booth 3) warming drawer 4) kick
open suction port for built in vac system (to vacuum swept dirt) 5)
built in TV (with doors) over
fireplace 6) faux tin ceiling 7) indoor swing 8) hidden doors.

I really would like new new new ideas.
