I am looking for a place to buy a new seat for my daughter's bike, she
is 6 and it is a small bike.  Perhaps a pink or purple seat with a

Bicycle saddles are easy to find in abundance - Amazon.com lists 135. 
However, the only saddle designed for kids that I've seen online so
far is this one, at REI.  Since I'm looking for free I didn't go much
deeper. . .
