I am playing the game Bounce Symphony (by shockwave - see
http://www.shockwave.com/sw/content/bounce ). I reached level 32,
named "How did the Egyptians build the Pyramids?". It is so difficult
that it looks impossible. After hours of frustration I decided to
invest in finding out THE WINNING STRATEGY for this level.

I would like to have a clear step-by-step description of a win of this level.

Hi Oase-ga,

I just spent some time playing bounce, and thanks, I needed a new
addiction. I realized (much too late) that the online trial only goes
to level 11 or so. Being disappointed, I noted that there is an image
on their buy now page, three pyramids, one red one blue and one gold.
Is this the puzzle you are speaking of? If so I can diagram a solution
for you.

Hi,

I'm glad I provided a distraction from the dry Google Research work ;-)

In the meantime my wife solved the damn puzzle. She didn't even charge me the $10.

It's not the 3-color pyramids you saw. That one is very easy. I
uploaded an image of the intro screen at
http://f1.pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/floriny/detail?.dir=/Misc&.dnm=BounceSymphony+level+32.jpg
. It only has 10 balls and you have to do a pyramid with those - and
there's nothing to support them. And this is only level 32 (of 250!).

Anyway, if you need a solution I can now provide one ;-) I'll retire
this question after a while (I want you to see this clarification
first).

Thanks a lot for trying though. I may be back when I reach level 150...

Florin

PS This is the first question I posted here. I'm not sure if it's OK
to just withdraw it now that I have the answer (because you did spend
some time with it). Please comment.

Great. . .another PC only game that everyone loves. It sure is lonely
being a Mac user - it's really not so bad for the games you have to
pay for, but when even Web content is platform-specific, it's
discouraging.

I would assume you would just withdraw the question since it no longer
requires an answer. Nice to have meet you, and thanks for the new
addiction.
