HEllo Bdavinga-ga,

Try 50 25 50

"The standard default combination for government containers is 50 25
50. In government practice there is an assumption that there will be
security officers present to set a live combination before classified
material is stored."

"By the same token when a safe becomes surplused it is checked for
material (behind and under the drawers) the combo is reset to 50 25 50
and the container is usually labelled "surplused".

For instructions:
http://www.sglocks.com/sup_pdf.php

- Scroll down the list of combinaton locks to "8400" if the lock has
the chrome butterfly in the center of the dial.

- If no butterfly use the instructions for the "8500"

If this works for you, just let me know via the clarification feature
and I will post it as the offical answer.

Thanks,
Bobbie7
