I take trazadone to get to sleep at night. It works great, but I have
found that it makes it a little difficult to breath through my nose
when I'm lying on my side. If I lay on my back then I have no
problems. I have also found that the problem must be due to swelling,
because if I pull my nostrils outwards then I can breath fine. Of
course, I can't sleep with my fingers pulling my nose apart, so I
usually just lay on my back.

However, sometimes it would be more comfortable to lay on my side, so
I was hoping that there was a product that I could just stick in my
nose to keep the nasal passages open. I know about the nasal strips,
but they don't seem to pull enough to do the job and I find the
stickum uncomfortable. The nasal clip that clips to the septum seems
to help a little bit, but not much.

What I want is essentially two cones that I could stick into my nose
to keep the passages open. I've searched the web and haven't found a
product like that. Why not? Does one exist? Another alternative would
be a reverse clothes pin sort of thing. It would pull the nose wall
outward like the nasal strips, except that instead of sticking to the
outside of the nose, they would curve around and push outward against
the insides of the nose.

Wow! I did all kinds of searches and didn't find this information!
This is great! It's annoying that only two of them accepts online
orders and one of those is the ultra expensive $183 per nostril
solution, but at least they exist. I'll try the cheaper ones and then
get the expensive one if necessary. Thanks!
