I am looking for an excel spreadsheet or software to do the following :
This is for a resort developer and this will be used to present the
financial analysis to potential bank and investor

-	Return on investment calculation (NPV, Profit, P&L, cash flow)
-	Equity
-	Income from operation

Input will be typical to a resort development: number of unit, Cost
per unit, cost for common  facilities, cost of land, improvements,
sale price, sale commission, loan, start up cost,  etc..
It should be flexible to be able to modify some field for instance to
sell the property as a timeshare or as fractional ownership etc.

As a summary, I am looking for software that would allow me to do a
financial analysis on a resort development.
This can be a project for a software programmer if the software is not
available. Example of a nice ?professional looking software can be
found at www.realestateinformatics.com (ROI Forecaster).
However it does not meet the specific input output as it is targeted
for single house development

I would like it to be more detailled in the input field and also more
specialized in Real estate commercial development.
