I've found a December 2001 Kentucky Court of Appeals decision about
this case, remanding it to a lower court, but nothing more recent.

It could be that the case was settled out of court, and there is no
record of the settlement.  And it certainly could be, as well, that
the case record simply isn't yet available in online files.

Do you know for a fact that the case has been settled?
