Are you sure the name of the drug is Relenza? This is an inhalable treatment for influenza. Perhaps the name of the drug is Rezulin? This is a treatment for diabetes. There is a class action suit against this drug. See http://www.texasinjurylaw.com/rezulin.htm for more information on Rezulin. |

Hello, I haven't found your litigants but the FDA issued an additional warning for Relenza in 2000 for patients with asthma and COPD. Here are a few links of interest. http://www.nteu282.org/announce/010515ex.html http://www.fda.gov/medwatch/safety/2000/safety00.htm http://www.citizen.org/litigation/articles.cfm?ID=700 Google search terms: Relenza+complications+lawsuit+Texas Regards, V |

Relenza is indeed the correct name of the drug. The generic name is Zanamivir. http://www.rxlist.com/cgi/generic2/zanam.htm |
