Specify how one is to keep the bugs off while sleeping and staying in
one place. How does one make weapons and from what material?  What
plants or parts of the environment is one to use and how for survival?

I would eat bananas and grubs. I'd carve spears over time and dig
trenches using my bare hands.  I'd drink lots of rain water.  I'd make
catapults using leaves and branches, from which i'd launch bugs and
rocks.
