I am looking for a painting machine or device which will allow me to
paint a stripe on used golf balls so that I may sell them to driving
ranges. Can you put me in touch with a manufacturer or seller of such
equipment?

leob1,

I've found an electric ball striper available for $495. Is this what
you're looking for?

After posting my first clarification request, I came across a manual
ball striper for $99. If you let me know whether you're looking for an
automatic or manual striper and your budget, I can help you more.

Thank you for your question, leob1.

I found a hand ball striper available from Wittek for $99. Its product
description is as follows:

"Our easy to use ball striper will make the ball striping duty the job
your employees will fight over!

Comes complete with four bearings and positive ball holding mechanism
to assure accurate stripe every time.

Includes one paint brush, but you?ll want to order extras.

Weight: 7 lbs."

Extra paintbrushes are available for $3.75 from the site, and they
also sell golf ball dye at $25 a bottle (but with an extra $20
'hazardous material shipping charge' per carton) and golf ball drying
racks at $40 a piece.

]

Wittek also sell an electric striper, but it is more expensive than
the one I found before. Should you want to take a look at the cheaper
electric ball striper I discovered, striping 1400 balls an hour, that
can be found here at a cost of $495:

They were the only machines I could find, so I hope they will be okay.
If you need any more information, please do not hesitate to request a
clarification.

Best wishes, and have a great 2004.
Jon.
