Hello Mario,

Are you looking for contact information specifically for E-Z Pass, or
are you interested, more generally, in Electronic Toll Collection
(ETC) systems that are in use in many areas of the world, and that
have many different names (other than EZ Pass).

E-Z Pass is a consortium operated by a number of states in the
NorthEast US, and it would be hard to imaging extending an E-Z Pass
to, say, Columbia or France, although other countries could very
easily implement ETC's of their own.

Let me know a bit more specifically what type of information you need,
and I'll do my best to help you out.

My interest is in "electronic tall collection" with capacity of
operation similar than Ez-Pass Toll.

The E-ZPass system used in the northeast (New York, New Jersey,
Delaware) is a system for which ACS State and Local Solutions is the
integrated, and, I believe,
operator. The E-ZPass technology (car transponders, readers, etc) is not their
product. See ACS' web site at http://www.acs-inc.com/ There's a little
additional information at http://208.193.129.137/sls/success/tss.html
