DatesNow PTY Ltd. is the operator of the DatesNow.com domain and
service. You can contact them through their contact info, found in
their Terms of Service at:

http://www.datesnow.com/?f=0&m=http%3A//www.datesnow.com/terms_and_conditions.html

They only provide for online contact via:

http://www.datesnow.com/support_contact.html

DatesNow.com operates an Internet dating service. They are currently
in the process of consolidating the membership lists from a bunch of
other dating sites that they previously operated, into this single
online portal. As for the charges that appeared on your credit card,
based on their terms of service it would appear that someone
registered on one of these other dating services has provided your
credit card information for their registration on DatesNow.com.

If you search on the address provided in the domain registration, you
will unfortunately find that it is the address of Comalco Place, a
large office building in Brisbane, Australia. However, the phone
number provided uses a Sydney, Australia phone number, so it is most
likely a cell phone. Depending on where in the world you are located,
you can attempt to contact them. However, your results will most
likely leave a lot to be desired.

If you believe these charges to be in error, I suggest you start a
charge dispute with your credit card provider. They will contact the
vendor to inform them of the charge dispute and to request that they
provide documentation that the charge is correct. This is your most
likely route to getting this issue resolved.

Good luck with this. Please note that in a "card not present" type of
transaction (which is what any online transaction is classified as),
the onus is on the merchant to prove that the charge is valid. For a
service such as DatesNow.com, that will most likely involve them
showing that the credit card number and cardholder name supplied
matches your information as held by the credit card issuer.
