Here's a reference to a court case involving firefighters with carpal tunnel syndrome: "At the Ohio Supreme Court we recently handled a case in which two Columbus firefighters developed carpal tunnel syndrome in the course of their duties. It depends on the specific actions they have do do with their hands. The job name [fire fighter] isn't a specific enough job description. A WC claim will depend on whether their physician can tie the problem they are having with a specific movement. |
