the site of the Defense Logistic Agency's "Central Contractor
Registration" search page.
Enter "Phoenix" in the "City" box, "Arizona" in the "State" box, and
check off "Small Business" on the Socio-Economic checklist.
Hit search, and you will be taken to a list of 681 contractors in
Phoenix that meet your criteria (note that you can narrow the list
further by entering SIC or NAICS codes to select a specific type of
business).
Clicking on any of the company names will return a very detailed
record with plenty of identifying information. Here's what one record
