details on the property, including the current owner. I was unable to
find any sales listings for the property online (which does not
necessarily mean it isn't for sale...)

would be helpful regarding who is the current owner, how much are the
taxes, when was the house purchased and for how much, any particulars

Detailed Fairfield, CT property information can be found via the
Assessor's Online Database:
http://data.visionappraisal.com/FairfieldCT/search.htm

Enter the street number and street name, being careful not to
abbreviate the street suffix - in your case you would enter Lane, not
Ln.

Click on Search and then click on property details (ignore owner
details, they are included on the property details page).

Property details include:

- property photo
- floorplan
- owner's name
- previous owners
- sale prices
- assessed value
- construction detail (incl. number of bedrooms & bathrooms)

If the owner has a listed phone number, a Google search in the
following form should find it:

surname, city, state

I searched all the Fairfield real estate web sites that I could find
and none had the property listed.
